Oh Spencer !!! Daft Or Desperate???
EddyBee
23-03-2004
From the People, 21/03/04, news of BB3's one and only Spencer.

''At last a scientifically proven answer to the question :' Who is the most desperate Big Brother contestant?' Some pranksters recently invited all the former participants to a non-existent event in London's Trafalgar Square.

The only show? BB3's SPENCER. Nice to have it made official.''

This story has been doing the rounds in the world of BB for a little while. Was Spencer just dumb to allow himself to be conned in this way when some 40 or so others were not? Is he just so desperate to extend his 15 minutes of fame that he has lost leave of his senses? Or, is the life of a ligger so addictive? You decide !

I know what I think.

There is something about this story that jumps out and smacks you in the face but no-one has mentionned it

err..........

PJ wasn't with him !!!!!!!!

Has he been fired ?

Can Our Spence no longer count on his number one fan, his bag carrier, his yes-man, his nodder, his partner in mirth, his scrap grabber, the man who makes him feel like a star ?

Are the, ho ho, celebrity dream team a thing of the past ?

This is indeed a dark day in the annals of celebritydom

How did you get from Spencer having a spot on H&L, to Alex

Anyway no thanks to watching spencer on H&L. Never watch that channel and have no intention of watching that bore Spencer anyway

My goodness, Homes and Living hey? Wow, they'll be literally tens of people tuning in to see their hero.

Does that channel cover fishing or punting, I thought it was DIY? You're sure you aren't getting mixed up with the fame hungry Craig?

So he was invited to a party and when he turned up ....there wasn't one? It's hardly in the same league as the "pranksters" who got Alex hiding in a cupboard for several hours in the dark (although to be fair that is regarded as the pinnacle of "prank TV" )

I dont think Spencer should feel too bad, if they can get Alex, they can get anyone.

Perhaps he thought it would be nice to meet up with everyone again?

Perhaps he thought it would be a good night out?

Perhaps he really IS that stupid?

YOU DECIDE! (I know where I'm putting my money)

Hmm...I cant quite see what Spencer going to a bogus party has to do with Alex

..obviously the temptation mention his name is every thread is quite overwhelming

Quite right ,
Alex was asked to take part " to cheer up a bereaved friend of a Cancer victim."
Sick , disgusting " prank ", or what ?
Spencer was just after a free party.
As you say ,
" hardly the same league "

So they might have filmed him too. How embarrassing for him! On the other hand, with no other contestants turning up, he'd have had the cameras all to himself.
