Anyone else love them? They made such total classics, like The Champion Dung Spreader, I Got My Beady Little Eye On Thee, Drink Up Thy Zider, The Combine Harvester, Twice Daily, My Threshing Machine, I Wish I Was Back On The Farm, I'll Never Get A Scrumpy Here and lots of others!

Ooh arrgh!

A class act.
Would love to see them "live".
You can't beat a bit of Scrumpy n' Western.

Loved The Wurzels. Combine harvester was one of the first singles I remember buying (or rather was bought for me).

they made some great farmer themed pop songs, usually re-writing other tracks . but the wurzels were an offshoot from 'adge cutler and the wurzels', a light hearted folk group. the wurzels went solo after adge cutler died.
