HUMAX FOXSAT-HDR in Czech Republic
Hello.
Please for information, I am from Czech Republic and I want to buy a satellite receiver Humax FOXSAT HDR in UK for use in the Czech Republic. The Czech market has not provided..I want to know if you will not be any problem with receiver in the Czech Republic. Will receiver work without problems in the Czech Republic? I Need the revenue ASTRA 19.2 E and ASTRA 23.5 E. I do not need to use freesat. Supports FOXSAT-HDR Cryptoworks Moule? Is possible to apply the non freesat mode? Sorry for a bad english Thank you for the info. |

Hi,
Thank you for thinking of the Foxsat-HDR and it can work without Freesat but you would probably better off with the iCord HD which is more suited to the continental European market. I think this is a Czech review of the iCord: http://www.parabola.cz/clanky/2999/h...c-se-2-tunery/ Regards, Bob |

This would be a really BAD box to buy if you don't want to use Freesat.
It's designed around Freesat and those who try to use it for non-Freesat seem to have nothing but complaints. You cannot even set a manual timer in non-Freesat mode. You'd definitely be better of with something intended for general (non Freesat, non Sky) use. |
