Do you love milk chocolate? Did you know that Thorntons have stopped producing their Milk Chocolate Continental Boxes of chocolates? The selection in these boxes was delicious - every one was special in its own way.

They have said that they monitor customer feedback (I complained! ) so I propose we all contact them and ask very nicely to have them brought back. Here are their contact details:

Loved their chocolate but their toffee is cheap and crappy.

Nooooo!! Poor you!! Not the hubbys fault, at least he thought of you but ouchie!!

SkunkBoy, totally agree about the toffee, it's like they watered down the flavour of it. My hubby likes the orange toffee chocs but they're not as nice as they were!

personally, i think Thorntons are a little bit on the expensive side now

try Hotel Chocolate - get the first box at a good price, then cancel the sub

better than Thorntons, and different

We're too similar, Lindor are yummy

Have you tried Throntons new Melts? They're like Lindor but with a slightly nutty flavour. Quite nice....

I love their products more than I love their pathetic website. I tried to send a Xmas present earlier this week and the site kept crashing. Then it refused to accept a credit card that I knew was OK. I tried the help line and they admitted that they were struggling. I finally succeeded with the order by waiting until 10:30 at night.

The whole of the Milk Continental box was delicious (now discontinued as per my first post) but my favourite was Chocolate Riche

I really don't like Thorntons. I find them incredibly rich to the point of being very sickly. Give me a few squares of Lindt 70% any day. Or if i'm really indulging my inner pig, half a Terrys Chocolate Orange!

I used to love their little bags of continental chocolates, especially truffles, but they're too expensive now. Cadbury's chocolate is equally good and a lot cheaper.

Am I the only person that does not like Thorntons chocolate? IMO it's far too sweet and overpriced. Give me Cadburys any day. Or better still a nice big slab of cheddar cheese!

I love their Toffee Cake, if they ever stop producing that someone will have to pay.

Hooray, the Milk Chocolate Continental box is back

I think there are a few missing but it's got most of the yummy ones again. Just one problem, they only have a small(ish) box.

Thorntons is my favourite chocolate in the world! It's just so yummy! Each time I go out I always pop in and buy myself chocolates from under the counter. It is hard to pick just one chocolate as I love them all My favourites are lemon sisillian mousse, alpini and champagne truffles
