call us o2 and ask them to enable your "GPRS and MMS" settings and you will be sorted.

yep, simply ring them, theyll send all the settings to your phone to make sure you have the right ones... easy enough (getting through though isn't, try and ring during the day if poss)

When I moved across to GPRS in my 3650 O2 had to send me out a compatible sim before I could use the GPRS and MMS functions. Although my SIM was only a year old it didn't work with my new phone.

Strange - I got GPRS activated on a Ex-BT Cellnet SIM that was purchased in 2001 on Pay & go.

My sim is 16months old and was with my old Siemens C45. I got the mobile the week after BTCelnet changed to 02 and it was wap but not GPRS. Had Sony Ericssson T230 about 3 days with old sim in it and all works fine but not 02 Active. Im still waiting to hear from 02 I emailed them yesterday evening.
