I didn't think so. All the couples really wanted to go through and were tense and nervous, including Brian. I always think he comes across as pleasant and well mannered, but I don't blame him for being a bit tense under the circumstances.

I know what you mean Sid, especially remembering how lovely he was with Heather last year.

I can of course see how this year panned out very differently for him so it's understandable. He's still one of my favourites, anyhow.

He said he was going to kiss her when they were on Paul O'Grady's show this week.

I agree, 1 point would not have made any difference to theout come but it would have given her satisfaction

I think Brian showed what a bad sport he was back a few ago whan Ricky and Natalie got 39 for their quickstep. He didnt clap or look happy for him but the following week at Blackpool when he and Ali got their 40 for the VW Ricky was happy for him. Why couldnt he do the same for him. Also last night when Ricky got through Ali, Ola, Chris were happy for him but Brian couldnt even raise a smile let alone a clap. He needs to be less arrogant and cocky next year. He thought he and Ali had it sewn up last night which is why when Ricky got a pro dancers standing ovation he began to look peeved. When it was between Chris/Ola and Ali/Brian he looked really peeved and then when Chris got through he looked like he was going to hit someone. When Tess and Bruce were talking to them at the end she gave credit to the 2 guys left but he could barely muster anything and when he did it was just to thak Ali. He really was a bad sport last night and throughout the whole series.

Also it isnt right to call Ricky a thug when we dont know the facts.

Of course having scored 4x10's Ricky and Nat would have loved a full house - who wouldn't? But I don't think Natalie's comment should be construed as a complaint - it was more mock exasperation.

I haven't noticed anything you've said and i have to say that i think its unfair to attack him for been upset and sad that he went out last night. Maybe he should have been jumping for joy instead?

I thought it was sweet, swept away with the emotion

Not really - it was planned. He said so on the Paul O'Grady show.

They didn't behave any differently. What was different was the VT's which made them look like humans rather than performing monkeys; and she cried.

She's always been all over him. Just the way it is.

It's not really meant as a criticism of Ali and Brian as people. It was just a decision they took that I didn't particularly agree with”

Didn't see any difference with Ricky and Natalie. Relationship seemed essentially like it has been for the past two months or so.

Brian and Ali did make a decision to admit their romance. Not soemthign I agree with either BUT to each their own

I have no problems with that - and if they are an item I wish them well for the future.

Love makes the world go around.

But the kiss did seem a tad opportunistic.
