Well the public want entertainment and fun - not fake drama and weeping. Its not the X factor!

Of course he is happy he got through, why have fake crocodile tears. IIn fact I think he thought he was going home. He looked a bit guilty (not that he should be, people enjoyed them as he got enough votes).

As much as I like Chris, sometimes it comes across as if he does not want it as much as the others, but I guess everyone handles emotions differently.

My heart goes out to Ola, you could see she was hiding her tears through out the whole show.

She is so genuine and deserves much more credit than she is getting at the moment. I want Team Cola to win probably more for Ola sake than Chris to be honest.

The most popular dancer got through. Why shouldn't he smile?

Maybe he was grateful that his fans carried him through?

Argument? This isn't an argument. This is just 'light hearted fun'. That's what the Chris fans say isn't it? and quite frankly I don't care. I wanted Laila to win and I happily accepted that she should have left last week, she was after all the worst dancer. Chris was the worst dancer this week and no surprises saw off one of the best of this series.

Natasha Kaplinsky. Jill Halfpenny. Darren Gough. Mark Ramprakash. Alesha Dixon. Tom Chambers. Chris Hollins.

Can Chris really stand up to them? Even people like Darren Gough could WIPE THE FLOOR with his gurning.

How can you be sly stood on a stage facing a studio and TV audience?

Just looked like he was smiling at the loved up Ali and Brian to me...

I couldn't care less about Chris but I do like Ola, and it means a lot to her. Sorry, I think Chris is a bit of a fake.

NEWS JUST IN!

MAN IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE HAPPY HE IS IN THE FINAL!

You're all pathetic. You have no idea how highly strung the situation they're put in is, think the guy should be allowed to smile after all the stress they're put under. The way he commiserated with Ali was sincere. He's a hugely honest, wonderful guy and the way you talk about him like he's manipulative and cheating is disgusting.

I'd like you to explain why you think its acceptable to mock a simply spelling mistake please?

BTW in a minute all his fans will come and say you're just sad and that you're just a conspiracy theorist. Just thought I'd let you know.”

Conspiracy theorist, no.

Sad, well...

Don't avoid my question.
Don't talk down to me either.

It's just as acceptable as you claiming a complete stranger is 'incrediably' immature

I didn't register any malice in his smile, he's a jolly person, it was a happy smile, and only for a fraction of a second. Some people are looking for faults where there are none.

Ali's always in tears. If he could only smile when she isn't crying he'd never smile again.

Could explain why he looks constipated through some dances though - he knows Ali is crying somewhere and he mustn't smile because of it.

Sorry to be bitchy about Ali (she's a nice person and really it should've been a 3 person final), but frankly Chris is getting worse abuse tonight.

Im not talking down to you. Its actually against the forum rules to mock people's spelling and grammar. Im not sure why you even felt the need to bring it up? If I was given a tenner to mention every spelling mistake I'd seen on here I'd be a millionaire by now. But I dont because A) its against the rules, and B) Its petty and childish.

People deal with things differently, just because he was smiling doesn't mean he wasn't upset for Ali.

Surely the BBC would not be biased like that, wait of course they would. That Bill Tunbull will be wetting his pants next week as will which ever female is on with him.

I can't believe someone has started yet another anti Chris thread. Its pathetic.

If you want to be annoyed with anyone, then vent your anger on the thousands of people who voted for Chris. He can't help it that he is popular and he was probably embarrassed that he got through.

I voted for him so you can tell me how smug I am and see where you get

Do forgive us for not having the same maturity but I am a Cola thicko and am also glad Ricky got to the final.

PS: I have had the above text spell checked!”

Well that was funny, wasn't it.

I did vote for Laila last week, but I knew she wasn't going to get through. I accepted it though.

So you'd rather the guy faked tears at both getting through and being popular. Got to say I'd be damn well smiling too. He always has a smile on his face and is generally a happy person, geez lighten up you moaning muppets

Exactly. For heaven's sake, some people must analyse every facial expression and bit of body language on here...and think they can set themselves up as all seeing and all knowing.
