Dated and cheesy?

Have you seen and heard the Scissor Sisters or Mika? A wonderfully retro dance sound with as much cheese to feed the British Army!

And even Oasis has the influence and sound of there heroes the Beatles and even admit to that themselves.

And with Mamma Mia being a massive world hit on both stage and film and ABBA songs never ever having gone out of fashion, retro hip and cheese are very big business today.

And if some of the very "current" acts in the charts are anything to go by, then give me yesteryear anytime!

I enjoyed his "Superstition", he sang well and did something different with the sliding etc and looked like he was enjoying himself

I have to hand it to Ollly 'Superstition' was outstanding compare it to a lot of lifeless performers out there. It was his most polished performance and kind of told a story of like depending on superstitious lucky charms in a Chicago gangster gambling den. Compare it to his first audition it did show how far he'd come.

It;s down to personal taste but I absolutey can not stand either Sissor Sisters or Mika. Both are guaranteed to make me turn off the radio or tv if they come on.

As for Abba, never got them then, don't get them now. Cheese and camp is something I've never understood.

I love that song and it was his best performance of the entire series. The whole sliding under the girls thing was crazy but have to admit, if Brian gave that choreography to anyone else they wouldn't have pulled it up.

Funny how he looked up the girls dresses a few times. Then again he is a red blooded man!
