I kinda hope that it will be unambiguously (if that is ever possible) to be confirmed that Joe is totally straight. Partly because I like presumptions to be confounded but also because if he is gay there will be some who will think that he should have come out.

Apart from the OP, nobody has either been 'up in arms' or suggested he should win because of his sexualily. I certainly wouldn't judge him that way, gay or not...

Who really cares if he's gay or not. People are not going not vote for him because he's Gay. He's a good performer and singer which all that matter. Will Young got far for being GAY. This country has got to grow up without too many judging people on what they look like etc, not what they sound like.
