HDR Remote
Anyone experienced issues with the OK button function? Mine is less than positive in operation, but in every other respect button press commands are positive and immediate. It isn't a receiver issue in that when I get pee'd off and fall back on the my non HDR remote the OK command is immediate.

Yes I had that problem a few week ago and eventually got it swapped by customer service.
Bit of a performance getting it swapped, 1st guy said take the whole thing back to wherever you bought it, 2nd said download warranty form and send it back c/w receipt. I was in the process of doing that when 3rd guy rang and said just send remote to him somewhere in St Albans and he'd test it and replace it (if faulty) by return. And he did. |
