Our block has just had an aerial upgrade and we now receive Freeview. I've rescanned the STB but it still wont pick up Virgin 1 or Virgin+1. The odd thing is that I've got a splitter on the aerial (until I get a dedicated point) going though to the bedroom, and that TV gets V1 and +1 just fine. When I plug the sitting room aerial directly into the telly - it picks up V1 and +1 also fine. I've changed the aerial connectors between the STB and the telly twice, but I can't get a signal via the STB. Any thoughts on what I can do?

Im not at my box now so cannot say if Virgin 1 is on there at all, but Tiscali tv is not the same as freeview. although it uses DTT to pick up some channels, it does this so Tiscali+ users can record up to 2 DTT streams and 1 IPTV stream, the channels are licensed through Tiscali not freeview

I have Virgin 1 on my Tiscali + box - channel 45 or 46 I think. We do not have Virgin 1+1 though. I also get E4+1 and ITV2+1 as well as a couple of music channels so it may be worth seeing if you get them.

The odd thing is that it was there last week (you're right, it was channel 45 I think). The other +1 channels are appearing, so everything except Virgin 1
Odd???
