Since today afternoon, I have this problem. When I press guide it works fine for 2 minutes. Following which Freesat freezes up.

I tried updating software. Still no luck; following which I did factory reset. Still same problem

Any help would be appreciated!

Could be lack of signal strength/quality.
Do you have a single or twin LNB connection? What are your signal strengths?

If it is not getting a strong enough signal it might be the answer.
