George Michael used to be one of the greats with great and memorable songs - this was just poor and pap, as we've all come to accept in modern pop music.
astounded

Last Christmas was beautiful but simple, this one is a bit more layered and complex. Listen to it a few times, unless you're simply not interested and are just another troll in the making.

Not wild about the song but his voice is still in a different league from modern pop stars. IMO it's tragic that he hates live performance and touring so much because he is an impeccable performer.

I saw him at Earls Court a few years ago, and it was the best concert I have ever been too. Wasn't that keen on the song tonight, but the performance was magical.

I didn't think the song was that great either and I was a fan of both Wham and GM back in the days.
