I was waiting for them, because they didn't seem to be with the other finalists, I was holding out thinking they were going to do the last song with him.

Why did Dermot giggle then, like is going to happen? We got bloody pimped.

So? Why would you believe there was even going to be a duet?

Because they were the biggest act this year?

JLS are bigger than Alex. Jedward can be bigger than Joe.

I thought they'd get a bit of the performance. Didn't think they'd get the whole performance with him, but maybe one song with him. Mainly cause Paul McCartney's get a sense of humour and he said he liked them.

Unlike humourless Jedward haters.

I'm sure he enjoyed having a laugh at them, no way would he sing with them.

Of course, it would have been the funny and memorable thing to do to give them a segment of it.

They missed the chance, X Factor FAIL.

How could you have missed the alien twins at the end of the lineup ( left hand side as you look at screen ) jumping up and down.

They would definitely get parts in a remake of the Village of the Damned ( The Midwich Cuckoos).

Don't tell me...the viewing figures are really going to drop next week now

I'm hopping mad here ; the TV director gave us close ups of the likes of Kandy Rain,Lloyd and Rachel but couldn't even be arsed to show us Jedward

Funny, I don't recall you saying it wasn't going to happen in rumour thread. Trying to look clever after the fact?

Spot on ; the one thing that unifies many Jedward bashers is their singular lack of a sense of humour

V. disappointed not to see more of the twins tonight, but perhaps they'll feature more prominently on the Xtra Factor.

I'd rather be humourless than a fan of the gruesome twosome

What rumour thread?

And it really doesn't take the brain of britain to make that prediction. So I can't take credit for that.
