The whole point of X Factor, is that contestants get mentored by mentors. i.e. when an act wins, the judge also wins. It's not Pop Idol.

I don't vote according to mentor, but Cheryl's act still won.

Without her picking the right songs, and doing the right things she wouldn't have got 2 winners.
So, it is due to her her acts have won.

Give her the groups next year, see how she does then!! If it was all about the judges, Louis would not have won, Simon would every time!! My favs have nothing to do with the judges!!

For goodness sake, get over her. She is an overexposed faker who cannot sing. Take away her eyelashes, hair, teeth, money, footballer husband and make her sing with no backing singers and no hype and see how good she is. She is nowhere near as good as Joe!!!

It's mainly the contestants, obviously - but this isn't Pop Idol, it's X Factor. It's the whole point of X Factor that each mentor has three contestants. Have you just realised?

I dislike her. I really do. She is up there with Price, Katona and Coleen Nolan for me.

Alexandra and Joe won - Cheryl was just lucky to have the two best singers two years running.

She was just noble on The Xtra Factor she's not like 'OMG ITS ME I WON ITS ALL ABOUT ME' unlike some would like to say on here. Leave her alone!

Of course it's not, but it's obviously ridiculous trying to tell you otherwise as you have obviously fallen under the spell of the nation's sweetheart. Joe and Alexandra were the most talented in their respective years. It is my belief that they would have won no matter who mentored them. Of course this can not be proven, but that is what I and many other people believe. Cheryl has not won. Joe has. Stop falling for her ridiculous hype.

She should get groups next time, if she gets a girl group the win she really will be the best mentor. She hasn't earned that title so far.

I don't think it had anything to do with her and I don't really know what they have several people each to 'mentor' as I bet they have barely set eyes on any of the contestants!!!! I bet Evie does more for them than any of the judges!!!!

Cheryl hasn't won per se, but her act has - two years in a row. It isn't hard to grasp.

Well she's said both last year and this year that it's not her that's won. So, I don't know why people are attacking her.


And how can anyone actually say it had nothing to do with her? She may not be popular on here, but she is really loved by most of the general public, how can anyone say that the people who voted Joe just because he was one of Cheryl's didn't clinch it for him?
