Last year there was no way she WASN'T winning. I mean, her first year on the show and the media were going crazy. She had the strongest category by far. If she lost she'd have been a laughing stock.

This year she was lucky, imo. It was set up for Simon to win but obviously the Over 25's didn't do as well as everyone thought they would and Joe was the only credible option left.

Joe was not even noticed, but because his mentor gave him songs he became noticed, and won The X Factor. We all know Joe has won, if Olly had won Simon Cowell would be like 'Im the winning mentor' and i garentee nobody would say anthing, but as its her everybody has a problem.
The whole winning mentor was there before she arrived as a judge, it isnt something she made up herself. Leave the poor girl alone!

I HATE the whole idea of mentors. Particularly when it becomes all about the mentors as it has done. I also hate the fact that the show turns the mentors into monsters. I didnt mind Cheryl before XF, now I cant abide her as she has turned into a cocky so and so! NOT happy that it is considered by herself and others that she has won 2 years in a row. And how we wont forget it!

Let's hope she makes it a hattrick next year!

Did not deserve to win these past two years, she cannot judge, she cannot sing, she's stuck up, she's smug and does not deserve all the money she has AT ALL!! The producers are putting her in with a chance every year, cos they want people to focus all their attention on the younger generation replacing Sharon with cheryl & arlene with alesha, next year they should put her with the groups, or better yet get rid of the stuck up smug little baby

She has been extremly lucky to get the best singer in the contest 2 years in a row. But when she gets a great contestant like Alex or Joe she knows what to do with them to make them shine and bring the best out of them.

I don't hate Cheryl but she has no talent and has done amazingly well with so little raw material. Pretty girl but enhanced to the max. Also - if she had married Fred the welder rather than Ashley, would she be on X factor judging panel? Discuss.

Joe could have sung "My Old Man's A Dustman" and still got standing ovations from Princess Cole and Simon Cowell.

Her acts won because they were arguably some of the most talented each year. She was gifted the girls this year, and she was gifted Joe this year.
