I'm confused. I'm pretty sure Alexandra and JLS were lip synching because she clearly forgot to mouth "Bad Boys" as her voice was singing the words, but then a lot of guest artists have mimed this series.

Then Olly's backing track had a wobble and playing it back on my trusty V Box his voice also wobbled - but maybe that was nerves and confusion.....

Then just now Joe's backing track also wobbled and so did his voice, so now I'm even more confused - surely the *contestants* wouldn't be miming on Finals night?

Often there are recorded vocals in addition to the singing. She wasn't miming though.

I'm still suspicious about both Olly and Joe's voices wobbling along with the backing tracks....

She just did her own backing vocals, that's all.

yeah, there were definitely two 'wobbles' in the broadcast - one was with joe's performance, the other was earlier on in the show.

I'm almost disappointed that my conspiracy theory has come to nothing....dammit. Mind you, it wasn't exactly on a par with JFK...must come up with a better one next time.

It also happened to Leona to right at the beginning of her song.

I wondered if anyone else had the wobbles! I noticed three, one in Leonas performance, one in Olly performing The Climb and when Joe was performing it right at the end.

Anyway it was fairly clear she wasn't miming, just a backing which she was singing over. Don't think anyone would be so stupid to stop singing during the chorus if it was all mimed!
