My Message To The Production Team

Simon was right, you are the best in the world and I hope the poor people who must sit up all night putting those montages together get a decent amount of sleep before Britain's Got Talent starts.

Good on you all for a sterling job It might be OTT sometimes, but that's what makes it great

Just hope they have a better camera manager next season. This one has been appalling.

I'd like to add my thanks to everyone behind the scenes at the X-Factor, all the people we never hear about or see but who help to make the show so much fun.

Special thanks to Brian Friedman for all the great routines he did for the twins too.

My message is could you please put a little more emphasis on everything.

Voiceover man is not very enthusiastic and I think introducing the judges twice (voice over and dermot) is not enough. Try 3?

Also can you turn up the audience mics a little more when the judges are making their comments please? There were times when I could almost hear what Louis was saying.

One thing which really annoyed me with the set on X-Factor was the stripey floor. Sometimes it was difficult to see the singers.

And tonight when JLS and Alexandra were "singing" I had to look away because of the banks of flashing lights. It started to make me feel quite nauseous! And there was no warning, unlike when they have flashbulbs in a news report. It was the same problem.

ITV1 did say "Now, with flashing lights, The X Factor final" before it started. Although I do agree, it was a bit OTT for Alexandra and JLS.

the new set is so versatile, it looked like a different studio when Paul McCartney was on compared to say the winners song performances for example.
