Anyone know what's happened to Channel 4 Sales' overnights section? They haven't updated now for over 2 weeks...

Haven't a clue, but thanks to rzt on the BB forum and IBB, here are some C4 ratings from the last few days with +1:

Celebrity Big Brother
Monday: 3.5m (18%)
Tuesday: 3.2m (16%)
Wednesday: 3.2m (16%)

Gordon Ramsay's F Word
Tuesday: 2.6m (12%)
Wednesday: 2.9m (11%)

Fantastic rating for BBC's Regional News. The huge lead in helped Celebrity Mastermind which also performed well, and Nigel Summer did fine. Lower than I expected for BBC1 between 8-10pm... I definitely thought New Tricks would break 4m. Still, a decent night overall.

Good night for ITV1. Emmerdale's benefitting a lot from the extra viewers watching TV (the share is still lower than the usual 33%), and a pretty good start for Lion Country. YBF's a reliable perfomer and I think it would partly sort out ITV's Tuesday 8pm problems. Impressive rating for Above Suspicion, and no doubt that'll be back next year. The reaction on the DS thread has been very negative, but the AI for the first episode was 87 which is excellent.

Natural World and Horizon did well, and C4 will probably be happy with the figures it had last night. Not often that it gets over 2m for 3 shows these days. The F Word's well up from what it was getting at the start of the series. CBB's also holding up decently. All 1m+ for Five yesterday which is good to see.

Here's ITV's multichannel ratings for yesterday:
The Jeremy Kyle Show performed well with 548,000 viewers and a 4.7% share - an additional 148,000 viewers watched an hour later on the +1 channel

Grimefighters attracted 451,000 viewers and a 1.8% share

Agatha Christie's Poirot attracted an audience of 676,000 viewers and a 2.5% share

Cops With Cameras secured an audience of 267,000 viewers and a 1.0% share

Bouncers was watched by 207,000 people and held a 0.9% share
I didn't realise Jeremy Kyle was such a good perfomer for ITV2! The huge number of viewers watching TV at that time must have helped it out, but I reckon it probably does do well anyway.

DS Reports 2.7M for Doctors on BBC1
That must be one of their highest ratings?

BBC Press Office has updated for Week 4 (23rd to 29th January).

- no note on any 'extra' Holby/Survivors' episode on the Wednesday 27th to make up for not being on Tuesday 19th.

Saturday 23th schedule provisionally looks like:

19:00 - SYTYCD
20:00 - Lottery
20:50 - Casualty
21:40 - SYTYCD Results

The word 'consistency' has been removed from BBC's vocabulary.

Yesterday on Twitter he said he had a meeting with someone who had flown in from the US especially, so he had to go despite the snow.

Maybe he's signed a deal in the US?
Fingers crossed we're rid of him - perhaps he can move in with Ricky Gervais.

Really wouldn't be a big story if it wasn't for his salary as he only did a critically slammed chat show, late night film show and once weekly radio show anyway.

Number of viewers watching tv last night - was pretty steady all night -

6.00 - 6.30 24.82m
6.30 - 7.00 26.54m
7.00 - 7.30 26.33m
7.30 - 8.00 25.55m
8.00 - 8.30 26.45m
8.30 - 9.00 26.58m
9.00 - 10.00 27.11m

Big Freeze wasn't what I expected - was just a rerun of the news - I spent all last night on 4od & iplayer (on Virgin catch up) - pretty poor tv for a Wednesday really.

Hoping that EE scores 11m+ tonight though

Doctors hit 2.06m on Tuesday, which DS said was it's highest rating since February 24.

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/ne...takes-11m.html

Don't have a clue what it's highest rating episode is though.

This should have been the schedule for the whole of SYTYCD?'s run. We saw at the end of last year how The X Factor benefited from starting at the same time each week, in comparision to Strictly's ever varying start time.

So far from SYTYCD though, we've had start times of 6:00, 7:00, 6:30 and now back to 7:00 again!!!

I know that they effectively work back from 10:30 to accomodate Match of the Day, but what's the problem with having MOTD starting at 10:10. In fact, surely this should be a priority now that they have to fit in The Football League Show as well.

Aston Villa v Blackburn on Wednesday 20th January on BBC1 will be going directly up against the National Television Awards from 19:30 to 22:00 on ITV1. Should be an easy victory for ITV.

I'd have thought the NTAs would win that one comfortably, as that match isn't likely to do particularly well

Great finish for Above Suspicion and CBB is doing better than I'd have predicted a week ago.

Looks like Jonathan Ross might be going to the US rather than ITV. And it looks like ITV are planning to give Paul O'Grady the Friday 9pm slot anyway.

Nope. That's on the day before. They only get to show one match from each of the semi's.

Very impressive for Above Suspicion with a consistent audience, I imagine they'll adapt the third Anna Travis novel Clean Cut although ITV could adapt Deadly Intent or Silent Scream instead.

NCIS made the transition to Wednesdays with ease, I imagine it'll do 2-2.5m next week even against the football and Slumdog Millionaire.

Live from Studio Five really should be axed as the rest of the Five lineup which was all repeats was over 1m.

I suppose BBC One will have a bit more money to play around with now though
They're going to need it too! 40 hours of television per year (just the chat show) is a lot to replace. I suppose running half-hour shows on Fridays at 10.35pm might soften the blow.

There are lots of possibilities for that slot over the course of a year: Norton, Would I Lie to You? QI, Live at the Apollo, Not Going Out, Armstrong and Miller and possibly even HIGNFY. We might see 9pm on Fridays become a drama slot on a regular basis.

They're just letting it go so low that OFCOM let them axe their news completely in primetime - though really would make much more sense to resurrect a Five News bulletin at any point between 6.30 and 8pm.

Wonder who'll replace him? I would say Paula Abdul but I imagine they want another male judge to replace Hasselhoff.

America's Got Talent has had more changes to it with presenters and judges. In the first series they had Regis Phillbin as host and Brandy who were replaced in the second series by Jerry Springer and Sharon Osbourne and Jerry left after two series and replaced by Nick Cannon.

They've never got it right yet I don't think.

The judges were just about sorted, but Jerry Springer and Nick Cannon were both hopeless presenters. Now they've lost David Hasselhoff too.

Well, Cowell's deal with FOX ends in May!

I'm sure it will be male, but Sharon Osbourne ticks the music box so I imagine they'll go for another "performer". Agree though they've never got the line up right on AGT.

P.S. Doesn't look like Big Brother will be doing anything other than let's throw another HM into the mix to take on Dancing on Ice on Friday - though of course the 9pm show will just be highlights with Davina teasing us about this amazing event happening later. The first eviction isn't due for another week - and this weeks crowd has now been axed due to the weather.

I think they'll want another American. Not sure America would like the show judged by three Brits.
