You're right, the finale had 6m.

7pm YBF
7.30pm TV Burp
8pm Frost/ Lewis
10pm Piers Morgan
move Take Me Out to weeknights (Tuesday or Wednesday at 8pm when there are gaps although Wednesdays are relativel full now with football).”
Frost/Lewis would probably get solid audiences, but I'd prefer if they're kept on Sundays where they get 6-7m (Lewis) or 7-9m (Frost). A Saturday slot could cost them a couple of million, I reckon.
Speaking of Frost, it did excellently on ITV3 last night. As did the rest of the ITV3 schedule.

Colour of Money started with 3.8m (18%) for its first episode, higher than TMO. It had a Harry Hill lead-in from the first week. You're right that the rating did increase the following week by around half a million, though I think a later timeslot and worse competition helped it. Indeed, TMO must be a relatively cheap show to make (certainly compared to Primeval or Demons), but 3.6m in January is still poor IMO. I didn't expect much from the show anyway, though.

I still don't think SYTYCD was good. There's a lot of things that could have been better about it. But it's true that they've got a hit on their hands, and it's promising that the show's audience and share rose throughout rather than staying level or dropping off. If it comes back for a second season, they could definitely improve the show and I'm sure the Beeb would stretch out the auditions process over more weeks.
