If you mean the 'outing' that wasn't, you might want to go watch precious Danyl's interview with Holymoly. He thought nothing of the whole thing - just a case of some being daft enough to mistake being pro-LGBT for homophobia.

I get the same impression about Dannii on here! To the extent that it's quite difficult to appreciate her (and she does make some good points on the show) because the exaggerated love of her on here is just a bit much for me!

Poor victim Dannii, one woman fighting against the eil Cowell machine for the sake of singing talent everywhere... apart from when she's putting Daniel Evans into the top 12 for having a dead wife.


It's funny... a few years ago and everyone was saying this about Dannii. Chief among them, the devil herself, Sharon Osbourne. Funny how so many people who despise Mrs O have begun to sound suspiciously like her!

Thank you! This is exactly how I feel. I do like Dannii but every time I come on here I feel like it's rammed in my face that she's the only judge you're allowed to like,the only person in the world who truly knows about singing, and even slightly criticising her means you're a nasty hater and a bully and so on, and it was starting to put me off her,through no fault of her own!

Also,it wasn't Dannii that Simon reduced to tears in an earlier live show,it was Cheryl, who he supposedly worships. I don't remember any "poor Cheryl was bullied by Simon" threads,while this place exploded when Louis made Dannii cry last year. Isn't that strange?

When Dannii cries she is upset because she's just trying to do her best for the contestants that she really cares about and help real singing talent but those evil bullies just keep knocking her down (when they aren't writing her 7 figure pay cheque).

Cheryl just cries because she wants the attention, she doesn't care about any of the contestants. Just herself.

By that logic, everybody in the whole studio is as bad as Simon then, not just Cheryl,so why does everyone go "Simon is being nasty to Dannii,why isn't Cheryl doing anything about it,what a cow?" Why not Louis,or even Dermot?

The other thing is, I'm not even convinced it is bullying,to be honest- Simon's whole career is based on being "mean" to people. He dishes out sarcastic insults and put-downs probably more often than he breathes. He regularly takes the piss out of Louis and Cheryl,that's probably 99% of his interaction with them,and we all usually think he's funny when he does it. He did it to Sharon,he does it to Piers and Amanda on BGT,everyone gets it off him,and he's hardly going to let Dannii off if he does it to everyone else.

Simon and Cheryl usually aren't linked when they walk out, just when she's got on a long dress. Joe was helping her up and down the stairs as well on Saturday!

As I said, none of the judges acknowledge each other as much as they acknowledge Simon. What are Cheryl and Dannii going to argue about? Simon is like a puppet master, he drops lines deliberately to provoke a reaction from the other judges and sits back to watch it explode.

The two girls do seem to chat away quite a bit. But on air they don't have much to dispute in each others comments and even if they did, they'd be seen as bitches.

If one of Cheryls acts performs and Dannii says nice things about his/her performance skills and how good he/she looks and that his/her vocals were just a little bit shaky but is then followed by Simon heavily slating him/her and offering no positive points, who is she going to have a go at?

WelshieRachel and CI4E ITA agree with what you ae saying!! I think the bullying term gets thrown around far too easily these days. I too quite like Dannii but some of the fans here just take it too far! And although they applaud Dannii for her class I doubt she would say the same about them seeing some of the ridiculous venum they throw at Cheryl. And I'm not even a fan of Cheryl but it's just ridiculous.

Spot on WelshieRachel, what is wrong with the OP, is she trying to start another "Get at Cheryl thread" or what. Cheryl has been nothing but nice towards Dannii and given her girls some very encouraging comments this year and even Dannii and Lucy thanked Cheryl for doing so! I think that the OP and others look for something that is not there! I think that people should also remember that Simon gave Cheryl more stick in the early weeks with the songs that she chose for Rikki and Lloyd and he was rather nasty to Cheryl at times, much more so than he has been towards Dannii but you dont get the Cheryl fans constantly making up posts and whinning about it!

I am really fed up this year of these silly posts and the hate mainly shown to Cheryl. If anything I think that posters on here have bullied Cheryl rather than Simon and Cheryl bullying Dannii! It should be more about the winner tonight than these sort of posts! Enough said!

I really do think that this is a very bias remark and very anti Cheryl, once again! I really think that it is you that needs to get with the programme, as you call it!

By the way, I would just like to say that I think that Cheryl cares more about her contestants more than any other judge! If you cannot see that the emotion that she shows to her contestants is for real and she cannot hold it in, as much as she tries then you really are missing something!

Cheryl is very emotional and sensitive and is not a attention seeker! Cheryl is for real!

Though it was quite tame compared to some of the posts about Cheryl on here so it wasn't that obvious that I was joking, I suppose!

I do prefer Dannii (by a country mile) but I hate this supposed competition between them, like you can't like one without bashing the other. And it seems that way on DS from fans of both of them. They may not be best of friends but they seem to get on generally well this year and I like that.

I don't think Dannii will be there next year and that's a shame because she's my favourite judge and they're a great foursome. (Oh err matron. That's a hot/unfortunate image depending on your tastes.)

I'm not a big fan of Cheryl Cole and I do think Danni is the BEST judge on xfactor. However I do think this business of them not getting on is rubbish.
When Stacey was eliminated and Dermot was talking to her I noticed (in the background) Danni and Cheryl hugging. Obviously was commiserating with her about Stacey.
Then tonight, when the judges (Simon and Cheryl) went back to their seats after the result Danni was out of her seat hugging Cheryl.
Now these were not "peck on the cheek"hugs. They were lengthy "pat on the back" hugs.
I have also seen them chatting amicably in the background ie. not when they think the cameras are on them.
So, based on that, I do not see any animosity!!!

They do seem to have a good blether sometimes and often when Simon and Louis are bickering the two girls seem to be exchanging little glances and laughing at them.

I agree, Cheryl actually leaned over and Dannii gave her a peck on the cheek and a hug! I love Cheryl and I also like Dannii as well. I dont see the need to only like one or the other, I like them both but actually prefer Cheryl! I think that too many people read into things that are not actually there and they make a mountain out of a mole hill! I dont see why people constantly like to cause trouble with the two of them!

I think they all get along, they may not be the best of friends but they all like each other, i like cheryl but i prefer Dannii, i think dannii gives far more contructive comments than any of the judges and i think the press give dannii a hard enough time. But then again dannii has always hard a hard time from the press for year it was she isnt apatch on kylie then its she isnt a patch on cheryl, she always gets compared to someone. At the end of the day dannii has been in show biz for 20 years or so and thats no mean feat these days.

People, are you surprised by Simons treatment of Dannii, it's only how he treats his "acts" and everyone else. Unless you're making him cash he doesn't care, and now he has a new toy to play with.

I don't think Simon and Cheryl have been bullying Dannii at all, however Simon does treat Dannii like she is a piece of dog muck on the bottom of his shoe. Dannii deserves better than this, so I hope she leaves the show. Simon is the only problem for Dannii in my view.

That's because Sharon Osbourne was a vile human being who deserved everything she got. I don't believe Dannii pandered to Simon anyway.

Simon's cutting comment towards Dannii's prediction of Nicole winning really pissed me off. I don't believe they all voted Olly anyway, that's a load of bollocks. The show was firmly behind Danyl at that time in the show. Last night was just an exercise in taking a shot at Dannii's credibility as a judge.

Oh my god, i know. I'm glad others have noticed this, he's like some creepy, pervy uncle and it looks weirder and weirder! Particuarly when he stretches his arm out round her chair, which is 2 foot away and looks really unnatural and uncomfortable.

I don't think Cheryl is too bothered. I think she just sees it as flattering attention. Lets be honest, it's been said that women have thought Simon was gorgeous for his age.
