Gutted to get your debut single (of course which you have no creative input at all, just singing the song given to you) to number 2!!! Nothing against Joe but I really hope he loses, so next time the x factor finalists don't think its their right to have an automatic Christmas number one.”

Couldn't agree more.

So what!!!

Why is the only issue here his age and the fact he was still at school?

Instead of sitting farting about with the fix factor he could have started his career. Why should he be shot straight to number one because hes 18 and just out of school?

To be honest he would have more of a chance if the song was half decent.

I dont care about it tbh but ill tell you something, the campaign compared to the joe campaign over the last few months is nothing yet RATM has whipped joes single.

Simply because joes single is utter crap. That's why its not selling. Nothing to do with this campaign.

Drop the rolleyes attitude please.

OK if you want to be a smartarse 300,000 sales compared to the 19 million who watched it = terrible sales.

Sorry, there is no way 300,000 sales in a week can be spun as "terrible sales". That really deserves a

1) I never said terrible sales. You did.

2) The fact 19 million watched it and its yet not hit number one shows something is wrong. That something is the single is pish. Nothing else to it really.

Anyway the fact still remains if the singles was any good, like any other fix factor single it would have hit number one by now or tipped to be which its neither. The single is dire hence why its not there nor wont get there either.

I think you should look at oddschecker. Joe is odds-on favourite with every bookie.

Heh, well hes got just over a day to do it. Do you think he'll manage it?

My take on this whole thing is the single is crap hence so far hes been outsold by a 15 year old single whos facebook campaign is a drop in the ocean compared to joes campaign.

I have to admit i really hope he doesn't manage it. Sick seeing predictable pish in the charts hit number one every christmas.

This is hilarious how Cowell is moaning at everyone about the Rage campaign.

Now he's moaning about the BBC for it's radio stations playing Killing In The Name, claiming that they 'want revenge' for x factor beating strictly in the ratings and are therefore giving the Rage campaign unjust help...

Yeah, because ITV haven't given you any help at all have they! What a pathetic man he is.

DS story above:
"According to the latest midweek sales figures, the X Factor champion is just 9,000 units behind the US rock band - considerably less than the 37,000-unit deficit he faced 24 hours ago."

I would say he has a good chance.

Not selling ? I suggest you check out the X-Factor news articles on this site, as Joe's single is fairly catching up to Rage's song.
