The Alexandra and JLS duet. It stole the whole series.

Oh, I've thought of another one (but it will probably be controversial):

J & E getting through when they were in the bottom two with Lucie.

Stacey's final three performances.

The Alex/JLS duet and Lady GaGa came close, but those final three just made me happy to be British

John and Edward's Oops I Did It Again performance; as it was the moment I did a complete 180 on them.

Edward's stumble at the start of Under Pressure gets an honourary mention though

I loved all their performances, but I think Under Pressure was the best.

Simon Cowell miming the words to "sex is on fire" proving that he might actually have a none Whitney Houston album in his record collection...

Cowell : "Where do you see yourself in fifteen years time"
One half of Ireland's Finest: "I see myself as being older..."

Cowell looking embarrassed at Sinitta wearing his Yucca plant as a garment. As if she'd finally crossed the line with him in some manner.

John & Edward: Oops I Did It Again
John & Edward: Ice Ice Baby/Under Pressure

In fact, any performance from the twinnys had me smiling. Especially Queen week, they were actually fantastic.

Also really loved:

Lloyd: Cry Me A River
Lloyd: Bleeding Love
Lloyd: Stand By Me
Rachel: One
Danyl: And I Am Telling You I Am Not Going
Danyl: Feeling Good
Joe: Where Do Broken Hearts Go
