Just wish people wouldn't use someone else's name to go on twitter, have seen quite a few Stacey Sol pages but they don't look anything like the real Stacey site.

So as you say, until we get told by official sources just ignore them.

But it's probably like web sites, people used to register the names early on in someones career and then try to sell them to the real person later for a big sum.
Think that was stopped though, but it's obvious you can do it on twitter.
The same as Myspace etc, it's done all the time, because everything is anonymous.

i think its real, but i'll just wait for official confirmation, saying that- on FB 'Stacey' said she was going skiing, and a couple of hours later someone on twitter wrote they just got back from Skiing and a chat with Stacey...hmm so again it does seem likely it is the real her....imo

Well that certainly looks convincing now with those skiing photos...and that's the one that linked the '5tacey' twitter...if that's the real deal it really needs Dannii to get on the case and confirm her account and publicise it, because at the moment she only has 41 followers

The '5tacey' on twitter that we think could well be her has just tweeted 'On my way to Birmingham can't wait for 2010!! Happy new year everyone!! Woo hoo!! Xx ' She also tweeted to Dannii, and replied to someone I am following on there from her iphone...I really hope it is her and it gets verified soon

I have tweeted her anyway, if it turns out I'm wrong so be it...but there's more chance of me hopefully getting a reply when she doesn't have many followers

Haven't seen any that are talking to Dannii and not sure how you could tell if it's real or not anyway.

It's the one that is linked to the Facebook that has the latest pics of her skiing with her sister and others. I have to say that particular Facebook looks very credible, and that in turn is linked to the website HERE.

I'm still reserving judgement though until there is some sort of official confirmation from Dannii

I've just looked at the one you are watching, isn't it awful when you can't use your own name because so many fake ones are using it.
1 fake one has 15,228 followers, whether they know it's fake or not I don't know, but i've seen about 3 other fake ones and a music one, it's hard to tell whats what.
I see the one you are looking at has 45 followers at the mo.
And has sent out 5 tweets.
But how do you prove who it is on the end?

It looks like Stacey sent a twitter to Dannii, but it looks like she may have messed it up because it has a @dann in the string and that an error.

The bottom line is you can't 100% prove it until it's verified by someone else who are themselves established and verified.


Well I'm fairly new to twitter so I'm not sure if that @dann part would mess it up and stop it getting to dannii, but the first part is fine.

I just wish Dannii would hurry up and say one way or the other, she said she would hopefully provide us with Stacey's twitter within 24hrs and it's been way longer than that now

I don't think the twitter message went to dannii because the message is after the @dann so it went to that person.

Stacey might not realise she messed up and might not get a reply from Dannii.

Mind you, Dannii wouldn't know if it was really Stacey unless they spoke on the phone or online.

I'm sure that's what Dannii's waiting for, to speak to her on the phone or via email, that's probably why it's taking so long. I imagine they're both pretty busy, and verifying Stacey's twitter is probably not as important to them as it is to us

This just shows the lengths some people will go to in order to pretend to be someone else! Sad really. So as I have said already, I'm waiting for confirmation about Stacey's twitter before I'm 100% happy with it.
