Eva Simons & Chris Brown - Pass Out - chosen as 3rd single from Graffiti.
I'm so happy it's the next single. The best song from the album IMO. It's so danceable, the sample is a good idea too. There vocals mix well together too.
What are your thoughts?

OK, see I like the song (although its not my favourite from the album), but seeing as he alledgedly choked Rihanna until she passed out, is it really wise for him to release a song with lyrics about passing out, blacking out, 'don't breathe' etc? Not to mention that Eva Simons is a bit of a Rihanna copycat, and Silly Boy was originally thought to be a Rihanna demo.

In a sick way it's great marketing, don't you agree? Tongues wagging and all that, then the waggers scurry of home and shamefully download the song... equaling record sales.

He just doesn't seem to be doing himself any favours with this album campaign. And I'm sure it will affect Radio 1/other radio stations decision on whether to playlist his songs or not - which if it did would have a big impact on sales. |
