I hope so! I didn't know I was turning up to a party late...

I do

Beginning of The Stolen Earth, Ianto, Gwen and Jack in the hub trying to understand what happened. Ianto flicks through the channels, and unless I'm mistaken he laughs out loud at a talk show which I seem to remember as being Paul O'Grady's.
oh I see, gotcha

Definitely worth a try, though I'd recommed being hooked on Whedon first because the first five or six episodes of S1 are pretty blah !

Definitely will look for it if it's on TV again.

Tom Baker didn't lasted any longer than Pertwee or Troughton in the end
And I am extremely sorry for my hat faux-pas

It was thanks to RTD that I watched TW and then DW. Thanks RTD

As long as you come to the party, that's the most important part !

and coca-cola for me?!
The wonders of virtual champagne is that even if my dysfunctioning pancreas can have it, your underage body can too

*pours Daz a very large glass of champagne*

Just don't tell your mum

Just watching Local Hero. I always feel that the character Peter Capaldi plays could be Frobisher in his early civil servant days.
Great interview here with Peter Capaldi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSJb6hU-m4s

and i love the host Craig Ferguson's show too i watch it most days over youtube

You're right ! It was close though

Dawn, if you haven't seen it, we've spent at least a page and a half on the previous thread talking about DT, Ten and hair gel, shortly before regeneration

it was sparked off by chatting about the pic of Matt Smith (11) on the back of DWM and his wild flopyhairness

Yeah, I think the DS Admins had been reading the thread and thought if they made a new one then no-one would speak of hair gel.

Oooh, Eowyn and Muttley might be jealous of this
Now, where did I put those crates of champagne ?

Admin edit: I wouldn't mind a crate (or two)...
You deserve it, Admin - cheers!

We definitely regenerate faster than the Doctor

I haven't planned on watching Casanova. I know it's by RTD (ie. I should like it ) but I'm not so sure about this one. Actually, I was more interested in The Second Coming with CE as far as RTD's stories with Doctors go
They are both very different, but both great. Folk have talked a lot about Casanova already, but TSC is worth the watching too. I enjoyed the first part best, myself, but it is definitely worth it!

*puts up a stick of celery and puts a cricket bat in a corner. Adds a boater and a pair of brainy specs for the last touch in decorating the new part of the thread*
Fantastic! Looking good!

*And slowly wrecks the long scarf*

Save the wool for Hammy
...and again, I say

Damn I missed the split party...

still, here we are in part Davison aka the golden years! woo hoo!

Here are some decorations:

http://www.shillpages.com/dw/davisonp.shtml

and some music....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQfz4...eature=related

Part Baker is dead, long live part Davison!
I'll drink to that!

You have given me so many new potential wallpapers there.

Wahoo double celebration, we have regenerated and I have no more lectures this decade

I also got 2% off a First with my first formative piece of work (first time I have ever written a psychology report) and did well in my formative module test.

So plenty of reasons to celebrate!

*clinks champers with fellow Whoonies*

Even the Daleks are happy
Well done CC!

yes how dare they split the thread without consulting with us, the guests of honour!

shocking behaviour!

speaking of which i have been roped in to go do a review in Plymouth next week as the new girl on the block...
I'm sure it will go fine.

That's annoying - My Aunt's the same, she works in a hotel and because she has no kids she always does Christmas Eve, day and Boxing day.

Personally I think they waited for a parting in all the hair related stuff and snipped there

Evening folk might have the chance to hang around for a bit, real life willing
Solamenn, your hat faux pas is easily overlooked as long as there is plenty of Laurent Perrier

Muttley- PLYMOUTH?!?!?!? Are you having to travel a lot for the new job

daznov, good luck with the las few exams

clever chick- you are certainly living up to your name

dgem, Dawek Tarm sounds wonderful

Tigger , have a good break from work

Ken - trust you to bring Peris cleavage to the front

Tumpy is te school nice and warm now?

dawn, I can believe you missed a hair conversation!

Weedle, hope the car is sorted now. And be careful, we don't want your sainsers getting a rep as the one with the stalker
staff
