It actually breaks down into this BBC1 - 12 BBC2 - 12 BBC3 - 21 BBC4 - 1 CBBC - 1 Cbeebies - 9 BBC HD - 8 Overall TV appearances - 64 When it's shown like this, Evans and Moir are shown to be wrong both as BBC1 and 2 show only 18.6% of DT's appearance across BBC TV. It's even more damning as 12 into 21 shows that DT wasn't on the main channels each day. The bulk of the TV appearances is given over to BBC3 who showed 32.8%, this isn't very surprising as BBC3 show reruns of DW episodes all throughout the year, usually followed by a Confidential. The other channels are rather dived with BBC4 only showing one programme about the Open University which stars DT. Cbeebies shows 9 showings of bed time stories equating to 14.1%. CBBC only showed one programme with DT in it, that being Dreamland. Finally, BBCHD only showed 8 programmes which are mostly Doctor who repeats and so resembles 12.5% overall. BBC's radio coverage show 11 apperances over 4 stations. These stations being - Radio 2 - 2 Radio 4 - 2 Radio 5 - 1 Radio 7 - 6 Radio 7 holds the highest amount of appearances with a radio play Dinky which holds 54.5% over all radio broadcasts and Radio 2 and 4 both come in equal with 18.2%. Radio 4 showed 2 broadcasts of Desert Island discs and Radio 2 showed a documentary in which Tennant interviewed Davies and Tennant also covered for Jonathan Ross on boxing day. David Tenant made one last appearance on Radio 5 live yesterday to build publicity for tonight's show. I think this just goes to show that 75 appearances might sound like lots but it really isn't when it is shown over 21 days on 11 different stations. Sorry for the rant but Moir makes my blood boil. |

Now why did I tune into the HD channel as I've just watched most of Day 4 again. Going to watch EoT pt 1 again now
Daz really impressed by your analysis if only everyone would do their research as well. |

Someone in the episode thread says that they just saw the DT/MS regeneration on the BBC News Channel! I can't imagine that would have been released in advance! |

Okay something i've just picked up. Carmen says....it is returning, it is returning through the dark. AND THEN, then he will knock four times.
I take it then, that whatever it is has to return first, before he knocks four times? So we haven't heard the real knocking yet? |

Yes but it was very clear in that it would return 'and then' he would knock four times. So I really took it that he would not knock until IT had returned. Otherwise she would have said it is returning through the dark AND he will knock four times, not THEN.
