Hi all
Just bought a Sharp Aquos LED TV, Model LC 40LE600E, and I am so far delighted with the picture quality - with one exception, namely, in certain scenes shot in poor light (dark rooms etc) the picture seems to dim down far too much and reacts to different camera angles so that the brightness is fluctuating annoyingly in a much more exaggerated way than an LCD TV.
Sorry, I'm not explaining this too well, but does anyone know what I mean? And any advice would be appreciated !
cheers

it's called local dimming & is one of the flaws I'm afraid with LED sets, they turn off the LED's to improve blacks but you loose shaddow detail I'm afraid & many also find it very annoying like yourself
