To be honest with you Benzima a lot of these kind of comments have been made towards me and I keep making the point that I have no issue or problems with any persons Race, Culture or Sexuality. In fact I have the utmost admiration for the bravery of Gareth Thomas who came out as a gay rugby player this week.

My post was about the suitability of Dr Who as a vehicle for Gay Characters. I think people who are offended by this are odd. I felt (and if you look through all my posts I've been consistent on this) that RTD was including too much of it in his stories and had an agenda. Why the word agenda provokes such anger I don't know. It doesn't seem remotely homophobic to me. To me it represents a persons plan, and I feel RTD had a plan to introduce Gay characters to 'Who'. I'm not saying this is wrong, but I believe it has been overdone. I do believe in equality and as I've said in earlier posts about all of this I wonder why we haven't had a 'who style' - 'lawnmower man' type story involving a person with learning difficulties to incorporate more equality rather than it being the gay arena all the time.

I've given up with people like NewbieCanuck and Listenolme as they don't seem to want to take my points as a rational conversation. I feel they want to label me which I find ironic.

Anyway peace. I just hope that this finally ends all this nonsense now. I won't be commenting on it all again as I cant add any more to it than this.

Sorry dude. I just feel quite strongly that the inclusion of gay characters isn't evidence of an agenda, it's just reflective of real life and I can't help but call out anyone who persists in saying otherwise.
I mean no one accuses RTD of having a black agenda because he includes black characters and I just think letting people get away with this homophobia makes people think it's ok, and in my book it's not. And to me that goes double for Who as it is a show which has tolerence at it's core.

Actually I was saying to those three to take it over to PM is more so that it seems like they are squabbling all the time in at lease two different topics.

In regards to the whole "Gay Agenda" bull crap I don't think there has been one at all. I remember reading all this tin hat conspiracy theory over on the IMDB board before.

Personally I don't care if the character of a TV show is straight, gay, A sexual, Bi sexual, Tri sexual or into animals
as long as the character entertains and is portrayed well then I have no issues.
