The one on Tube Talk says the Master's resurrection is preposterous, preposterous in a good way or a bad way?

I read somewhere that the resurrection is a bit Harry Potter-esque, which I imagine is a reference to when Lord Voldemort is brought back in the fourth book/movie (the latter coincidentally starring Tennant as one of his disciples )

Maybe the ring gets thrown into a big cauldron along with Lucy Saxon's blood and a book called "How to Be an Evil B*st*rd".

As much as I would love to see that, I probably wouldn't be able to stop laughing, so the rest of the episode will be ruined for me.

Based on what is said in that blog and fan speculation, my guess as to what the twist is:

Spoiler
We hear the final lines of the episode, the camera pulls out to show the 'narrator' giving his version of events as part of his arguments in a Gallifreyan court.

*If* this is correct, it might be interesting if, to differentiate from previous trials, the Doctor is kept hidden from view during the courtroom scenes, and revealed at the end to be the Eleventh Doctor- when he gives his version of events we then see the regeneration- I'd rather not see him forced to regenerate again, so it would be nice to find it had happened before the trial started, as a consequence of whatever it is he's on trial for. Having said that it might detract from Ten's exit. But I doubt it would happen that way, and the pics from series five suggest otherwise- unless the Doctor just kept that suit on for a while until something else happened to destroy it.

Or maybe ,
Spoiler
the 11th Doctor escapes the courtroom still in tens suit after being forced to regenerate , in the Tardis but the Time Lords track it down and set it to self destruct. We get a cliffhanger ending of 11's escape , resolved in S5 episode 1 where he's piloted the Tardis to crash land on earth in the village of Leadworth , Scotland.

I'd prefer it if

Spoiler
the regeneration occured before the trial, but he kept the suit on as being appropriate courtroom attire! The Tardis being set to self destruct is a great idea- not least because a lot of fans are as emotionally attached to the Tardis as they are to the Doctor. As long as it does survive Don't hurt the Tardis!

Perhaps that is the case. A lot of people , myself included have assumed
Spoiler
That the scorch marks on 10's suit when Matt was wearing it during filming , were as a result of the regeneration. It could be caused by him escaping the Tardis destruction
