Tina Arena & Dina Carroll

Dina Carrol and Tina Arrena had huge hits with Don't be a stranger and chains. They had excellent voices and a couple of successful albums and vanished.

Their voices are amazing though and could easily knock Britney, etc flying.

Could you have a listen to these songs while you browse and then share your thoughts.

Will they be touring at any point?

Both these singers are better than Whitney, Mariah and Britney put together,.

I bought Only Human on the back of The Perfect Year - I did things like that back then!!

It is a great album I played it for years but it sort of fell by the wayside at the begining of the Decade. Might dig it out in the run up to Xmas - no in fact I think I will on Monday.

Tina Arena probably tours in France/Australia, although, with Australia, her record label rejected the album, so it might be one she has to finance her self..

I adore Tina Arena's voice, she could easily be an incredibly powerful artist. Chains is a brilliant song and she also did a lot of beautiful cover versions on 'Songs of Love and Loss', something I discovered with the help of Spotify

I adore Dina Carroll, her first album so close was brilliant and an album i enjoy to this day, one of the best female debut albums in my opinions. Only human the follow up was also a great album and did well although didnt sell as much as her debut.
Dina is hugely talented and i just pray that she makes a return someday, id love that 3rd studio album that ive waited years for.

I liked Tina Arena and i think she is still quit ebig in australia, i loved her heaven help my heart song i think it made the top 30 in the UK some years back.

I liked her too. I collect autographs, and her reply to my autograph request was one of the best I've ever received. A big signed photo, some smaller ones, a letter, a signed tour programme.

Not bad when you consider most celebs won't even give you the steam off their...
