It hasn't been re-released, which is why there aren't CD copies on shelves. Because downloads count for charts though, absolutely any song commercially available can chart (see Michael Jackson dominating the top 40 in July)


When I say it doesn't count, that's in reference to being a first-week sales record; this isn't the first week of KITH's availability in that regard.

I can hardly believe it.

Surely there's still a catch? Like somebody miscounted or something? It can't REALLY be true can it?

I thought it was a worthwhile fight and it would come close and possibly be number 2. But it would have been fun.

I can't believe that it actually happened.

This shows that people can open things up next year if they really want to.

Well done to everybody who enjoyed following this battle and I hope you all have a lovely Christmas.

This is truly a great result that will really get Simon Cowell thinking about next years single and its timing. It is also bloody good advertising for Facebook!!
Mind you, Joe has influenced 3 chart entries with his, Journey and the Miley version of The climb charting!!
