I think the question should be rephrased to -

"Why do people who don't like someone's music always attack something that isn't connected to their music?"

It's very childish and vile talking about someone's appearance, especially when it doesn't have anything to do with their music. I can't imagine what these people are like in real life; petty and disgusting (on the inside).
