...because the RATM campaign was unique, a one-off. Already on Facebook I've seen pages/groups backing Rick Astley, The Sex Pistols and RATM for next year's chart, which is still 52 weeks away.
What I'm trying to say is that the "market" will be so over-saturated with anti-X Factor acts next year that not one will be strong enough to pull through and get into the top 5, let alone number one.

Either I'm being really slow, or that campaign doesn't make a bit of sense. What they'll be doing there is stopping genuine artists from getting to number one, while not hindering the X Factor at all.
