Help Required: Goodmans LD327OD
Hi! All
I wonder if there is anyone who has bought the above LCD Television and is able to help me?. We recently purchased this product and I set it up without any problems although it appears that when you turn to the HDMI input that at first you get a blue screen, then after a couple of seconds you get the picture that you need for the device you want to see. The thing is that everything was fine and I had my Apple TV box plugged into it until today when I bought a 4 switch HDMI selector which is manual, and for some reason the picture on a setting for another device is fine but when it comes to the apple TV then I am unable to get a picture. I notice that at the back of the set for the connection at the HDMI port that there are two pin connectors, although the cable I am using is just an ordinary HDMI cable. My question being, will an HDMI cable with two pins sort it out and what is the difference?. I do know where I can get an HDMI cable with two pins but all I just want to know is does it make a better connect, maybe it is a better or highter res HDMI cable. I look forward to replies. Thanks in advance. |
