I know how to do the eggs,, but how do you do the cress..You cut it and wash it, but do you mix it with the eggs,, or just lay it ontop of the eggs..I like these..lol..I already done the eggs, going cold..For later they are..

Personally i mash hard boiled eggs with a fork add a couple of spoons of salad cream/mayonaise and then stir in cress.

I also cut cress and leave it with short stems as i find the long stems stick in my throat.

Best chilled in fridge before spread on bread.

I only like egg sandwiches with mayo and cress. Anything else (salad cream, cucumber, bleh).

But egg mayo and cress is delicious. But I only eat them in the summer.

egg and cress sarnies............................mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I mash the eggs with a potato masher, then add the mayo and give it another mash.

I wash the cress but leave the stalk on and whirl it through the egg mix.............delicious..............mmmmmmmmmmmmm
