It's played during the promo for the 'Not the Nine O Clock news' special on BBC2. Sounds a bit like Friendly Fires, but I don't think it is.

^ There is no link, I can't find the promo online. It's literally been shown on BBC2 every night, was hoping someone might have heard it.

I don't no the song though

^^ that song is 'Brother Sport' by Animal Collective, from the awesome Merriweather Post Pavilion album (my favourite of the year). The part they've used is in the 2nd half of the song, just in case you listen to it and don't think it's the right one .
