Over the last couple of days i have been experiencing a problem with my Humax HDR. In some instances of it starting a recording from the EPG it has decided to reboot instead, which has resulted in failed recording. Did it twice yesterday Gruffalo on BBC HD and the again at the start of Poirot on ITV 1. In between the two though it did a correct recording of Doctor Who on BBC HD so no consistancy to the problem. Anyone else having this problem, or has it already been touched upon on another thread?

I too was suffering from this problem a few weeks back. Did a factory reset and now its fine. So try that first. You will have to enter all of your recording schedules again.

I too had a similar problem a few days ago. Just a 'power recycle' fixed it for me (turn off at the back, count to 20 slowly so all the capacitors drain, then power on again). Set a recording for very soon after doing this to check it's fixed. Try that first as it preserves all your settings.
