Sugababes ....

I have to say that I love the vocal mix of the new line up ... Santa baby and the live lounge cover of Florence and The Machine`s Rabbit Heart showcase a new dimension and vocal talent. They have also been the group with the vocal talent and amazingly they are still just as strong and edgy. They have sounded different but rather good each incarnation.

It got me looking me back to their stuff... and they really did release some edgy and catchy stuff....I am also glad that they have taken time out to properly record and promote thier new album. A smart move from their record company...especially after the record label`s promotion and choice of singles from the last album were awful.

Anyhow my top 10 fave Sugababe Songs are:

1. Freak Like Me
2. About you Now
3. Red Dress
4. Push The Button
5. Blue
6. Whatever Makes You Happy
7. Can we Call A Truce
8. Side Chick
9. Too Lost In You
10. Teardrops (Cover)

I love that Rabbit Heart cover too!
Although I don't think Jade's voice is distinct enough to be a Sugababe though, as Siobhan's wasn't, but I think they have the best voices, just work better solo.
I miss the Keisha, Mutya, Heidi lineup

Jade is a fantastic addition, imo. Very pretty and a strong singer with a great voice. IMO she sung Get Sexy better than Keisha, haven't heard Keisha's versions of the other songs though.

About A Girl and Wear My Kiss are pretty good. Looking forward to the album.

I have liked each carnation of the Sugababes, I loved the originals and actually think each new member has brought something new to the table to. Looking forward to 4.0 in 2010

I have loved all of their singles apart from "Girls" which I think was pants. i think CF&SL would have done much better if that had not been the lead single.

Actually Keisha was always my least fave in every incarnation so I am looking forward to jade making her mark.

I miss the Mutya, Keisha, Heidi line up but 4.0 were really good when they performed Santa baby.
