Didn't Mariah Carey say on X-Factor that she hoped to be touring in the UK in May 2010? Isn't it getting a bit late in the day for ticket sales for May?

Just wondering, as her "Mimi" tour never did make it to these shores.

I was asking myself the same question the other day. It would be nice. It would be a dream to go and see MC in concert.

"Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" is at number 80 this week in the charts, having peaked at 27. I guess with those kind of sales the record company isn't rushing to bring her over here.

Doubt it. The album is doing awful and the tour would have had to have been announced by now for people to buy tickets.

Looking at everyhit.com Mariah has never done that well in the UK compared to the US.

It was number 22 actually. I hope she comes to the UK for her tour. She oppened her US tour last night at Madison Square garden. She sang emotions and blew it out of the park.

To be fair, IWKWLI is a weak single to allow people to wanna buy an album with. But then again, this being Mariah, that aint really an excuse.

I can't believe the albums only sold about 350,000 in total, compared to other albums, which would have sold about 70% of that in the first week alone, and 32 million worldwide

I wish she would tour; I was watching her old youtube videos from the mid 90s when she toured, and she had so much energy, moving around. No choreography and laser lights, but still as captivating just on the fire of her voice alone.

Looks like Mimi might be proving us all wrong. Postings on the fan club forums today say that Mariah will be touring Europe, including the UK, in March.

Although her album hasn't done that well she is Mariah Carey and a lot of people will go see her. Her new album isn't one of my favourites but it has a few good songs on but I'll be looking forward to hearing some of her older stuff.

Can't beleive how bad her album and singles have done, MC is a great performer & singer ok she isn't as great as she was in her hey day but still good.

Im sure her tour would sell out

She could easily sell out Wembley Arena and a few other dates if she came here. I would love to see her, especially after some of the videos from her NYE concert in New York.

MOAIA isn't doing that bad in the UK it's already certified silver.
