Firstly, apologies if this is posted in the wrong place; this is my first initiaited post No doubt I am opening a can of worms and doubtless this has been discussed before, but does anyone else think that Nigel Harman is the world's most overrated actor? In fact, his 'acting' is appalling. & sexy? He's about 5 feet tall!!! Please someone - agree with me! I reckon the nicest looking bloke ever in EastEnders was Michael French (David Wickes)...........

Never watched Eastenders so I can't help.

He looks about 5' 9" to me which makes him about average.

I don't think anybody has every raved about his acting.

I agree with you about the acting - he really isn't very good. I don't even watch EE! Although I couldn't resist tuning in around the time that Den Senior came back to see how they would do it. It was nice to see an old face back, but the novelty soon wore off again.

However... a lot of my female colleagues are crazy about Den Jnr. so he must be doing something. Can't think what though.

He's AWFUL. Sometimes bearable, but when he's bad he's quite cringeworthy...

Nice looking yes, but nothing else to see here...

Got to say he does absolutely nothing for me, can't see what the fuss is about at all, seems quite bland IMO (mind you I find Will Self strangely alluring, so maybe my opinion is slightly warped anyway ). Can't comment on his acting as I barely watch EE these days.

The whole programme has gone to the dogs. 'Plots' are paper thin, 'acting' is appalling (especially Dennis, pouting Sharon, the Ferrarias) and I don't care about any of the characters. I have given up watching the show now. To me, Nigel Harman winning all these best actor accolades is akin to Pat Butcher winning Miss World (no offence Pat but you know what I mean).

I don't usually dream about soap stars - well never - until the other night when I woke up in a very hot sweat. I just kept picturing min-Den. He doesn't have to act, he just has to be.

I dont mind his acting at all - and i like him being in the soap.

Has anyone noticed when he get 'angry' hes voice gets higher and he sounds like Frank Spencer? lol
