I'd like to see a Melanie C Greatest Hits.

She's had 10 top 40 singles, so surely it'a about time. Be nice to hear her acoustic versions of Viva Forever and Too much on there aswell.

Mel C has had success, but really not many people could name beyond I Turn To You, Never Be The Same Again and maybe When You're Gone.

Don't know if it would work depending on record labels, but a best of solo-spice would be good (Maybe 5 songs each)

When You're Gone
Northern Star
Never Be The Same Again
I Turn To You
Here It Comes Again

I Want You Back
Word Up
Tell Me
Feels So Good
Lullaby?

Out Of Your Mind
Not Such An Innocent Girl
A Mind Of Its Own
Let Your Head Go
This Groove

What I Am
What Took You So Long?
Take My Breathe Away
Maybe
Downtown

Look At Me
Mi Chico Latino
Lift Me Up
Bag It Up
It's Raining Men

Yeah i agree with you I totally think Pink should release a greatest hits album!! She's had five amazing albums & i think its about time she released her greatest hits after all some stupid artists now days release them after just 2-3 albums which is terrible i think....

But Pink herself has said that she doesn't really agree with greatest hits albums & that she doesn't think they should be done after people only doing so little so for some reason i don't think she'l release one anytime soon.

Beyonce should definately release a GH, she has had many hits.

Crazy In Love
Baby Boy
Me, Myself and I
Naughty Girl
Dangerously In Love 2
Check On It
Deja Vu
Ring the Alarm
Irreplaceable
Beautiful Liar
If I Were A Boy
Sing Ladies
Halo
Sweet Dreams
Listen

Also, Rihanna should do one as her next album and Mariah needs a newer one.

Agreed about JLo and Pink - I think with Pink it will be a case of neglecting some singles in favour of others as she's had a substantial number of hits.

Pink definately. She's got so many genuine hits to choose from It makes a change for an artist to release 5 studio albums before a GHs instead of 3 or 4 like most artists do. She could do a Snow Patrol and release a 2CD set. Add a few unreleaesd songs and rare tracks... oooh we can dream

I also agree with Mel C. I'm a huge fan of hers so i know all her singles, but i realise that her string of hits criminally ended about 7 years ago

Michael Jackson aswell, he's gotta be due another one soon

Also, Rihanna should do one
I believe Rihannas Greatest Hits is actually called 'Good Girl Gone Bad'

Rihanna possibly, after this album.

Pon De Replay
If It's Lovin That You Want
We Ride
SOS
Umbrella
Don't Stop The Music
Shut Up And Drive
Rehab
Hate That I Love You
Disturbia
Take A Bow
Russian Roulette
Hard
Run This Town

Lookin' at it like that - she's had a fair few songs out

Saw the title of this thread and thought of P!nk immediately. I've really got into her in a massive way in the last year. I bought the 'Funhouse' album last year, loved it and thought I'd better remind myself of her other stuff.

Last few months I've bought the albums 'M!ssundaztood', 'Try This' and 'I'm Not Dead' as well as several of her videos off iTunes as well as the video singles she had off her first abum 'Can't Take Me Home'. I'm debating as to whether to buy her first album as I know it's more R 'n' B rather than pop. My finger keeps hovering towards the 'Buy Album' button so it's only a matter of time.

P!nk should do a GH after her next album maybe.
I think Beyoncé and Rihanna should wait a while, especially Rihanna.

Idlewild have released a greatest hits, well sort of anyway - they released "Scottish Fiction: Best of 1997 - 2007" a few years back. There was a limited edition version that also included a live DVD.

None of the artists mentioned in this thread are anywhere near ready to release a Greatest Hits album. The attitude towards GH albums these days is preposterous. As opposed to having a long, successful career and SELECTING songs to include on a GH album, i.e. the GREATEST of MANY hits, they just compile all their singles onto one album. It seems as soon as they've released about twelve singles, record labels/artists think they can package it as their 'greatest hits'.

It wouldn't be so bad if they did what the Sugababes did, and called it a 'Singles collection', which sums it up...but don't be so cheeky as to call it a 'Greatest Hits' album!

Beyonce has had many worldwide his to choose from, she wouldn't need to include every song she has ever released.

Yeah I thought Coldplay too, although apparently they have already started working on their 5th album.

Usher has had 11 Top 10 hits in the UK, including 3 #1's. Also had 12 Top 10's in America, including 8 #1's. He should definately release a GH after his next album.
