I don't have an I-Pod and have no desire for one either.

Holy God, I couldn't believe how bad iTunes was to use. So unnecessarily complicated. I have an Archos mp3 player and just use it as an external hard drive - just drag and drop whatever files you want and away you go. Why the hell can't I just do that with an iPod?

Using iTunes just made me appreciate my Archos even more.”

I had an iPod Touch and I could never get all the music I wanted on to it, the software is far too over complicated and slow. I would have thought iTunes would have been designed as you said where you just drag and drop. Alas no.

Indeed, and I rarely use that for listening to music these days. I'm quite happy just listening to the radio.

That fact that I would have to download a third-party piece of software to do a simple task that is a basic function of every other mp3 player in the world just confirms to me how bad iTunes is.

I agree with you. iTunes is a pile of shit but the fact is, you can drag and drop to an iPod.
I also think iPods - sound wise - are very substandard but as a phone/gadget I'm more than happy with mine.

Well no. I don't follow the crowd and I certainly don't want to line the pockets of the Apple downloads monopoly. They are every bit as bad as Microsoft.

I used to own a Creative Zen but I sold it after I got into music phones, I have a Nintendo DS but I don't carry it around with me. I don't own anything else on your list.

School holidays, I guess.

I've got an N86 with 16gb memory, so it does all of that apart from the Doctor Who series. And I've got them on my digibox I don't watch video on my phone, I tend to read books instead - I've got loads of ebooks.

They released a Spotify app for Android phones recently, so I've been using that a lot!

Nope, I have a Sansa Clip. I wouldn't much want an ipod, very over-rated imo.

Do you want a Dolby with it?

Didn't have an ipod until August this year. Was using my phone as a music player up until then but got given an ipod by my ex-employers for 10 years service.

I dont have an Ipod. U can better products for cheaper. Would never buy a portable device which can only play a limited type of formats like the Ipod.

itunes stinks but when you follow a band who do 'ITUNES' exclusives, well they kind have you over a barrel.

I don't have one. I think they're sweet little things, but I'm not in the habit of carrying around a lot of items with me. No mobile phone, no handbag.... I'm probably odd.

It's so bloated as well.

itunes works perfectly on my laptop

and there are no drm problems! i dont think itunes even has drm anymore.

besides you can just download from another place and put them on itunes.

I don't have one. I have music at home, music in the car, radios can be on a low level in work. I don't want or need to hear music 24/7. Planes are the only place I think I would ever use one but I can manage a flight and enjoy relaxing during it with a book or talking to those I'm with or sitting next to.

I don't have one, as I disapprove of their attempt to take over the world My little Sony MP3 suits me, plus I can buy music from Play.com, or wherever I want.

I have a Samsung pixon mobile, so I use that as my digi camera and well as a phone, its not as great as I hoped but it will do.

I have my ipod in use and zen gathering dust and 2 DSs (green and black).
