Take That by a million... Westlife and Boyzone could never create songs like "Patience" "Rule The World" even the 90's cheesy Take That songs are better than Westlife and Boyzone put together.

Neither

But i do prefer westlife's old stuff to their new and vice versa for Take that.

Westlife haven't changed.. they've been churning out the same formulaic pap since they started.

Take That. I like Greatest Day best, overtaking A Million Love Songs after 16 years.

The 6 year old me would have said Boyzone. The 20 year old me says Take That. No me would ever say Westlife.

Take That are very entertaining, great performers and GB can sing and write a good tune.

Westlife do have reasonable voices and seem like nice blokes-they could have achieved more credibility under different management. Although Loius would say well 'they have had 15 number ones'. And I would say 'you cant polish a turd'.

Boyzone-the sucess of this band, in the 90s and now, baffles me to this day. Just NO.

I love all of them. They remind me off my childhood, happy memories.

Take That are brilliant performers, Gary Barlow is an incredibly talented musician (even if you don't like his style of music, he is very good at what he does), and they put on brilliant shows.

Westlife...I won't bother to try and justify, I'll be wasting my breath. I love Shane Filan's voice though, I love the songs, and I especially like the new album - 'I'll See You Again' is actually the first Westlife song that's made me cry just because of the song (although it's a very depressing way to end this year's tour...:\)

Boyzone...I dunno, I just like them. I don't really remember them much from before, I was about 11 when they stopped, but I remember When The Going Gets Tough, No Matter What, and Isn't It A Wonder, I like Ronan Keating's solo albums, and I love the new album. 'Ruby' is one of my favourite songs now, and 'Til the Sun Goes Down', and I actually really like Mikey Graham's voice (I like his solo singles too).

I actually cannot tell the difference between Westlife and Boyzone. Both are bland and boring. Dreadful.

Take That have always been the only boyband I've ever listened to and liked. Their more recent albums have been grown-up, varied and with fantastic songs.

Boyzone - from childhood and now.

Love the fact that Mikey (always my favourite) is finally getting his chance to shine and take the lead - Ruby and 'Til The Sun Goes Down are great songs and favourites of the new album. Though to be honest there isn't (in my opinion) a bad song on Brother.

And Smithy1204 - also agree with you on Mikey's singles/album - very underappreciated.

As for Take That and Westlife - I can take them or leave them

Westlife - Never, most of their songs released are just covers, but they do have talented voices.
Boyzone - Thought they were alright, didn't really listen to them much.
Take That - are the ones I would pick, good voices, songwriting and they've had two successful eras.

Take That by a long way. I get confused between Boyzone and Westlife, apart from that I know Boyzone are older.

I love westlife so would have to say them, I like alot of Boyzone's songs and take that only did one decent one which was a million love songs - apart from that take that are crap!
