I seem to recall that "All you need is love" was written in a very unusual time signature for a pop song, so I'm going to guess it has something to do with that.....

Is it something to do with it being New Years Eve last night?
Both were number one at the end of the decade? |

3 hours on and I haven't got a clue.
Is it actually anything factually to do with the songs or the artists, or is it just some sort of coincidence? |

I'm going to just throw something out here.
You mentioned that I was close when I was talking about New Year last night. Is it just that a programme played All You Need Is Love and then 1999 back to back? |

1999 was the last song played before the millenium and then they played All You Need is Love.
It would make sense it was 10 years ago, why would they play 1999 now, unless they were being retro! |
