O2 deducted money, why??
Last week (Fri) £3.50 was deducted from my phone. I emailed o2 from the web site and received a reply almost instantly acknowledging the email and saying I would receive a response in 1 working day.
It has been 3 working days now and still nothing! Has anyone else experienced this?? I am on the 300txt 300 wap online tariff! Cheers. Dweeb. |

all you can do is phone them, 4445 (or 0906 302 4445) - pay as you talk
or 5151 or (0906 302 5151) - contract all numbers are charged at 50p/min as a guideline, it can take up to 12 days (in my case) for o2 to reply to an email. hope this helps ![]() Dinger

I had a similar response time when I was trying to sort out a problem with abbusive SMS messages sent from my SIM card a week before I received it through the post!! I'll just keep waiting! Dweeb |

finally had a reply from o2, aparrently I called a premium rate number and was charged £2.50!
I have requested an investigation as I did not call this number! Dweeb. |
