When they originally appeared they were slaves and that was set way in the future. (impossible planet and satan pit).

On The Planet of the Ood (their normal timeframe), the year is after the events of TIP and TSP.

Including George & Lorraine failing to notice that their son is the spitting image of his mother's former high-school boyfriend?

You'd think they'd have split up over that?

Also the funny thing about prophecy's while it's a message or a warning there is always something funny to come from them. However most of the prophecy's I have seen in drama ranging from Alias, Angel, Doctor Who, Buffy there was more than one real clear cut answer to them.
