I wouldn't say no to the Tovey, he's so cute and adorable. I'm not even sure which is best, him in uniform or without his kit off. Both do for me.

I was contemplating Alonso joining the Torchwood team, if not at least he should be named checked by Jack as his redemption.

It would be like saying here Ianto Mk 2 - I know you (the audience or fans) were all upset about Ianto and all so I, RTD, decided "Hey let's have the same character with another actor who I did say would be perfect as the doctor but because Mr Moffat didn't have the same vision so I thought hey I still have Torchwood let have him on that!!"

By the way I think Russell Tovey is great and love being Human & Torchwood but please don't put him on torchwood unless his character is completely different to ones that have been there before.

I'd like to see him in it, but the cameo could've just been to squeeze in the one-point fave 11th Doctor to be as an in your face, and to set Barrowman's character up with an actual gay actor for once.

I dunno, I think RT likes being a gay guy who is known for playing straight characters, then again he said he wants to do rent boys and drag queens, really f**ked up characters so maybe they could add that angle to him that'll fit TW, making him different from Ianto, its actually perfect. Do it do it do it
