The leaked pics of the new TARDIS exterior is a lot more colourful than that.... though I suppose it could just be the main console room that is colourful like that.

Looks like the Tardis "regenerating" to me.. you can see the remdents of the Coral walls broken on the floor

I'd hazard a guess that the logo has been designed very much with "in programme" indents in mind.

I can imagine that animated logo popping up 1 minute before a programme finishes, with text attached saying "NEXT: Brand New Doctor who".

It would work well, especially in the American market.

I wouldn't judge the tone of the series too much from the trailer. At this point we're much more interested in seeing Matt than new monsters or fancy effects, but that doesn't mean they won't be there in some stories.

The glimpse I saw in the clip after the final DT programme was a white box which looked just like a public bog - or did I imagine it?
