The Bellowing Lummox of the Hyper-Space Rash (by a poster called Kass)
The Nine Billionth Spleen Brigade of The Mighty Stinkfist (Kass again)

A couple I came up with for that thread were

The Never Returning McGann
The Colossal Overbite Of Piper

Didn't the Daleks run their battle computer through a small girl in their last appearance in Classic Who with Mcoy?
Maybe she's the Nightmare child.

Hoard of Travesties? Time Lords like the Master who were so evil they were excuted/imprisoned but the Time Lords brought them back to fight the war.
